Step 2: Click on the 'ADD' button, Here you can select Quantity and Delivery Options, Click ORDER, Here it will display your order with the items you have selected and Total cost, Fill up the form and click Submit, Now select the payment option, If you select Paypal, you will be taken onto our PayPal Payment Server where you can enter your card details and do the needful. We will then send you a confirming E-mail which consists of information regarding your Order Details. It is advisable to make a note of the order number and password as a reference for any further communication with us and also to enable to track your package.

Mangoes are of different varieties and are named accordingly. The best variety - The Alphonso - comes from a area called Ratnagiri, situated  with in Konkan belt of the western India and which is known to produce the finest quality of the Alphonso variety. After having eaten these mangoes one can say that Gods have really blessed India with this special fruit. These mangoes being the best in quality, size and sweetness are exported to many countries and thus have become famous not only in India but also in other parts of the world. Consecrated with fertile soil, sun and humidity the variety of Alphonso, here in Ratnagiri, imparts a inimitable scent and has a distinct flavor.

First of all, the raw mangoes are harvested from the tree. They are then laid on specially prepared hay stacks, where they mature the natural way. Eventually, as the fruit matures, the color of the mangoes turn from green to golden yellow and start imparting a unique and sweet aroma. This time is considered the best for packing these mouth-watering ripened mangoes.

You know mangoes are ready when they feel SOFT if you gently press it in your hand with fingers against your palm, when they smell sweet at the top, when they have rinkles on the skin. It is NOT neccessary that mangoes will turn completely yellow the way they show it on TV, they might be semi gree since they are naturally riped.

Sizes of the mangoes depend upon the crops. We have three different sizes,

1)A - 200 grams each fruit aprox.
2)A+ - 275 grams each fruit aprx.
3)A++ (Large Fruit) would vary from 300 to 350 grams per fruit

The stage of ripened mangoes are determined by the time taken for transfer to the final destination of delivery. All mangoes are then thoroughly examined for any skin flaws. This examination is done prior to the mangoes being wrapped in a cushy foam net and are then placed in their subsequent compartments in such a way that the fruit are not in contact with each other. The exterior of the carton is made of strong 5 ply E-Flute. For further and enhanced protection of mangoes bubble sheets are placed above and below the mangoes. Ultimately, each carton is then properly strapped and sealed making a long distance travel worthwhile. We generally send RAW mangoes, so that they are semi-ripe by the time it reaches destination

The proof is the recipients acknowledgement which is taken by our courier personnel after each delivery. The local courier office has the information about the deliveries and simultaneously keeps us well informed about the consignments proceedings. Since many deliveries take place all over the country, the usual time taken for the hard copy to reach us is approximately 4 / 5 weeks. Upon request, the hard copy will be mailed to you via ordinary mail if and when it is available.

Yes, we do cater orders from corporates for gifting purpose, and also get it delivered if required. We gift wrap the mango boxes to sooth the feel and corporate richness, In case if you require specialized customized packaging then rates per carton (empty box with printing) are Rs 35 each - Minimum quanity 1000 - For graphical designing - Rs 5000 extra unless given by client. We cater flexibility to enhance the quality of our services.

In case of the receiver of the delivery is away for a while, our courier personnel will leave a message and will also make a second attempt in a couple of days. The courier personnel will also try and call up the receiving party and fix up a appropriate time to delivery. And finally, if all the attempts fail, we give orders to destroy the delivery. No refunds will be entertained, however we shall give you the proof of attempts made by the courier personnel.

As you are aware that fruits such as mangoes are perishable items, we do not have any return policy, and we do not entertain cancellation. However for Mumbai based customers if the fruit is not in a good shape or rotten then we do give you the replacement no matter what the delivery destination could be. For International and Domestic (other than mumbai) customers, if the Delivery has not reached the destination for some reason, then we resend the mangoes.
